What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
I love Disney+ because it has both nostalgic movies as well as new releases. WIth Disney+, I also have access to Pixar and National Geographic TV shows, movies, and documentaries.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is a way of life where a person positively balances physical, mental, and spiritual responsibilities. Wellness is about continuous learning about yourself and how your body can be the best for you. I integrate wellness by practicing meditation, going on walks, and writing down things that I am grateful for.
