Nutrition and fitness are honestly huge parts of my life as a dancer. What I eat and how I train directly affect how I feel in the studio — my energy, strength, and even my mood. Eating balanced meals helps me stay fueled for long rehearsals, and staying active outside of dance keeps me strong and prevents injuries.It’s not about being perfect; it’s about taking care of my body so I can keep doing what I love and feel good while doing it.
