What strategies would you use to increase engagement on the account?
I would post on a regular basis according to analytics from TikTok and choose which videos to post (if possible) based on what is currently trending - trends come and go very fast so it is important to post a trendy video while it is still trendy.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
If they are ingenuine, "troll" negative comments, I would simply ignore them - people who comment things of that nature are seeking a reaction and I will not give it to them. If the comment expresses a genuine concern about the product, I would reply asking more about their concern/experience and work with them to address it if I can.
