What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness is the act of actively practicing or working towards the goal of implementing healthy habits to achieve physical and mental health conditions. As an aspiring therapist who is starting to get out of my own "just survive" perspective, wellness is everything. It is the difference between surviving and thriving. It is what makes life worth living. The little things such as going on little walks, watching my favorite childhood movies, and doing my self-care skincare routines make all the difference.
