How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

In my county roles, I managed outreach across multiple partners and initiatives, so I learned to prioritize based on impact, relevance, and timing. I focused first on partners that aligned most closely with the project goals and were more likely to engage. I used simple tracking systems to log communication, follow-ups, and responses, and I was intentional about staying organized across email, virtual meetings, and collaborative tools. That experience translates well to sales outreach by helping me stay consistent, responsive, and thoughtful in how I manage conversations.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

I qualify leads by first understanding context: what the company does, who they’re targeting, and what prompted the conversation. I listen for whether there’s a real problem to solve and if our solution is relevant right now.

I then confirm key factors like company size, resources, and decision-making process, while paying attention to responsiveness and curiosity. If there’s alignment, I move the conversation forward; if not, I’m intentional about disqualifying early.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?

While I haven’t held a dedicated remote sales role, I’ve done sales-adjacent remote work involving outreach, relationship-building, and scheduling across marketing, tutoring, and county engagement roles. My tech stack has included Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Canva, and shared tracking docs to manage leads, communication, and follow-ups in a remote environment.
