I will reach out to the department that sent me the product or their customer service to ensure I followed the steps correctly before making my judgment on the product. If after this I still don't like the product, I'd be honest with my personal opinions and experience using it. In addition, I'll provide suggestions on where the product could be better on areas I think it is lacking.

First and foremost, I look at the product's reliability and if I am able to incorporate it to my daily errands or activities. Then, depending on the product, it's important that it's easy to navigate or use, as well as its durability.
