Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.

As Director of Photography for Strike Magazine, I worked with a new photographer who wasn't quite on the same page as me. I set up a one-on-one to hear their perspective and clarify our team's vision, and we came up with a plan that combined our ideas. Keeping communication open helped the shoot go smoothly and made our collaboration stronger.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?

When I’m managing multiple clients, I like to start by mapping out all deadlines, expectations, and key check-ins so I know exactly what’s coming up. From there, I focus on the most urgent or time-sensitive tasks first, while keeping an eye on longer-term goals and projects that need steady progress. I make a point to stay in regular communication with clients and brand ambassadors, giving updates and offering support whenever needed. Staying organized, flexible, and proactive helps me make sure nothing falls through the cracks, even when juggling several projects at once.
