What are some examples of brands who you think are doing a great job on social?
I think Olipop is a great example of a brand doing really well on social media right now. They’ve built a strong identity by combining nostalgic soda flavors with modern, health-focused messaging, which makes their content both relatable and differentiated. What stands out most is how they create content that feels lifestyle-driven and natural rather than overly promotional. They also lean heavily into user-generated content and collaborations with everyday creators, which helps build trust and makes the brand feel more authentic. I also think brands like Poppi and Coca-Cola have done strong campaigns in different ways—Poppi with bold, influencer-driven launches, and Coca-Cola with interactive campaigns like “Share a Coke,” which encouraged direct audience participation and sharing. Overall, the brands that stand out to me are the ones that create a clear identity, stay visually consistent, and focus on content that feels engaging and relatable rather than just product-focused.

How would you increase engagement for a new product launch?
For a new product launch, I’d focus on building anticipation, creating clear value-driven content, and encouraging interaction from day one. I’d start with a short pre-launch phase using teaser content—highlighting the product in a way that sparks curiosity without fully revealing everything. This helps build momentum and gives the audience a reason to pay attention before the official launch. Once the product is live, I’d prioritize a mix of content that shows both the benefits and real-life use. This would include short-form video, lifestyle-style content, and clear, visually engaging graphics that highlight key features in a simple, easy-to-understand way. To increase engagement, I’d incorporate interactive elements like polls, questions, and call-to-actions that invite the audience to respond, share, or give feedback. I also think it’s important to create content that feels relatable and natural, rather than overly promotional, so the audience connects with it. Finally, I’d monitor performance early on and adjust quickly—leaning into what’s getting the most engagement and refining the content strategy in real time.
