Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
My approach would be to keep it organized but still personal. First, I'd make sure my outreach is clear and friendly so the creators understand the opportunity, expectations, and why they're a good fit. Once that is clear, I'd go through the process of the next steps such as any projects, deadlines, guidelines, etc. I want communication with me and the partner to be easy and responsive so there is no confusion.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?
To identify influencers that align with a brands value, I'd first make sure I fully understand the brand's mission and target audience. Once that is clear, I'd look for creators whose content naturally reflects those same qualities. I'd look at how they speak to their audience, what type of brands they've worked with before, and whether their engagement feels genuine. I'd also make sure their audience seems to match the brand's ideal customer.
