Barebells USA
Barebells Campus Brand Ambassador USA

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
As a student-athlete in lacrosse, a nursing major, and a strength and conditioning minor, I engage my audience by sharing how Barebells fits naturally into my busy, active lifestyle. I create relatable content centered around real moments—between lifts and practice, long days of classes and clinicals, and late-night study sessions—where convenient, high-quality protein is essential. By combining light, evidence-based education from my academic background with authentic taste-focused reviews and campus involvement through my team and Zeta Tau Alpha, I encourage others to try Barebells in a low-pressure, approachable way. My goal is to make the product feel accessible, enjoyable, and genuinely useful for students balancing performance, academics, and everyday life.

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?
As a student-athlete in lacrosse, a nursing student, and a strength and conditioning minor, my life is built around performance, recovery, and balance. I’m constantly on the go—between practices, lifts, classes, clinicals, and campus life—so nutrition that’s convenient, high-quality, and enjoyable is essential, not optional. Barebells fits naturally into my routine because it supports real athletes with real schedules. Whether I need quick protein between lifts and practice or something satisfying during long days of classes and studying, Barebells helps me fuel properly without sacrificing taste or enjoyment. Being in nursing school has taught me the importance of evidence-based health, consistency, and caring for your body long-term—not extreme dieting or short-term fixes. That aligns closely with Barebells’ message of balanced nutrition and sustainability. As a strength and conditioning minor, I understand how protein intake supports muscle recovery, strength development, and overall athletic performance. I can confidently and responsibly educate others on how Barebells fits into an active lifestyle. Finally, as a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, I’m highly involved on campus and surrounded by a community of active, driven women. I’m in a great position to organically share Barebells with teammates, classmates, and peers who value both performance and enjoyment in their nutrition. Together, these experiences allow me to represent Barebells authentically—combining athletic performance, education, campus influence, and a positive, balanced approach to health.
