What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?
I listen for how engaging the podcast is, what the intended feeling is (ex. educated, entertaining, etc.) and how I feel after, the flow of the conversation, and if I am excited to listen again.

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
When giving someone constructive feedback, I think over what I think needs improvement and brainstorm ideas to fix it before giving someone my feedback. I try to give them positive feedback about what they are doing good and then give them constructive feedback with ideas to fix it.
