How do you stay updated with current content trends and best practices?
I am constantly engaging on all types of social media and consistently using tools like tiktoks "creator search insights" to keep up to date on the trends and content types and styles that are coveted by social media users.

I would try getting involved with more trends, creating Instagram specific reels(similar to tiktok but more curated towards instagrams audiences) and using apps like canva to create engaging graphics to use when giving updates or talking about the brand.

I think creating more "behind the scenes" content could make the brand seem more approachable and give the primary content creator an "older sibling vibe" that draws in more people who are looking for a more real and transparent view on companies.
