Event Concept: Host a “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM) event where the chapter comes together for a fun, interactive makeup tutorial night using all KOSAS products. One of our sisters—who’s known for her makeup skills—will lead the event and walk everyone through how to achieve the perfect everyday “clean girl” makeup look using KOSAS’s skin-loving products. Why it’s special: This event creates a fun, relaxed bonding experience for the chapter while spotlighting a member’s talent and introducing everyone to a clean, inclusive beauty brand. It’s also super Instagrammable—think matching robes, cute mirrors, and a mini photo station post-makeup glow-up. KOSAS products could even be gifted or raffled off to attendees! Bonus Tie-In: Record content from the event to share on social media as a “GRWM for recruitment” reel or TikTok—highlighting how Alpha Phis support each other and feel confident inside and out.

Yes, I’m a member of Alpha Phi at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I currently serve as our Vice President of Marketing. In this role, I oversee our chapter’s brand strategy, social media presence, merchandise, and internal communications.
