What is an example of a time when you delivered results above and beyond what was expected of you?
I worked as a temp receptionist at a private equity firm, and there was a really busy day with lots of meetings, so I created a scheduling system that would help me and the other receptionist work more seamlessly and make sure that each guest got seated promptly and the rooms were returned over quickly. This system was then integrated into the training of the next Reception team

what is the most important part of an event experience?
I think that the attendees feel comfortable and excited about the event they are attending. Also keeping attendees engaged while having a seamless flow of logistics. Quick moving lines, easy transition to each part of the event, etc.
