Please share one experience you've had around college sports on your campus?
One of my favorite college sports experiences at Maryland was being at the game where the basketball team won the Big Ten regular season. It was a great game and an awesome experience to be a part of, the excitement was palpable.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness, to me, is taking care of yourself as a whole - including both mind and body. I integrate wellness into my life in numerous small ways. Whether I'm going for an outdoor walk, reading a book, or doing a quick workout with good music, the way I integrate wellness into my life is always evolving and fluctuating.
