How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
As someone who has experience in sales, I think it is important to approach customers who are hesitant to try a new product by emphasizing how it will make them feel. By showing the positive impacts of the products, and showing how it could positively impact the customer, I find that they are more likely to buy.
