Often we are eating lots of meat-central meals during the holidays--since I am from the south, meat and three is the typical style of our dinners. Breakfast usually includes eggs, a carb, and a breakfast meat. Lunch is something lighter like soup or a salad with protein, and dinner is meat and three style with a carb, a vegetable, and a roll as the sides. Beverages during the holiday season are warm and usually something alcoholic--old fashioned, mulled wine, or egg nog.

In my most recent job working in the admissions office at my college, Rhodes, I was responsible for selling the school, student experience, and the liberal arts education every day through student tours and information panels. There was one morning when I was able to answer the detailed questions about student experiences at Rhodes for one family in particular, and the student made the commitment to come to Rhodes that day which made for a very successful morning.
