Ask! Most students are willing to share once they have information- the key is getting them to LOOK at you and allow you to start your pitch! Once you start, it’s easy.

How would you verify the accuracy of collected email contacts?
I can confer with the dean of students administrative staff to affirm the emails and names match current students. My school is also small, and I know personally a significant number of students on campus by name and affiliations or friends.
