What strategies would you use to gather feedback from customers about their experience with our samples?

To gather feedback from customers about their experience with Ghia samples, I would employ a mix of personal interaction, digital tools and social media engagement including:

  • Real conversations: I would encourage customers to try the samples and start a natural conversation that doesn't feel forced so the customer will give honest thoughts, impressions and suggestions.

  • Surveys: keep them short and sweet so customers will take the minute to fill it out.

  • Social media engagement: offer incentives for customers who post an honest review on their IG story or tiktok using a hashtag like #SipWithGhia.

  • Incentives: offer incentives for giving feedback elsewhere but offering full drinks, discount codes, free foods, little giftcards, etc.

  • Observe Reactions: Body language and expressions are the best source of feedback. Oldie but goodie.

    Analyze and Share Insights Compile all feedback—personal, digital, and social—to identify trends and provide actionable insights to Ghia’s sales and marketing team, ensuring continuous improvement. By blending personal engagement with modern digital and social strategies, these methods maximize feedback while creating buzz around Ghia.
