I worked as a social media intern, and then became the creative brand ambassador for The Arrington Method. I ran their IG (along with LinkedIn and Facebook). I was responsible for pitching posts, creating content calendars, and interacting with their community online.
I also run my own IG page (@Noctuariebooks) which I use to keep updated on new features released for creators.

What's one brand killing their social strategy? Why?
Duolingo! They take something that's relatively bland to see ads about- learning languages- and rebranded it using their signature owl and playing into the jokes circulating on the internet before they started social media marketing.
It's a really excellent example of seeing the internet make fun of something, and taking it in-stride to the point where it becomes a part of the brand and people like the brand even more.
