I would love to highlight the importance of good zaatar and how hayati's zaatar is set apart from the rest. I would definitely try to incorporate it into recipes (considering my background in culinary arts) and share recipes that highlight its flavour, while also highlighting the healthy aspect of the dishes and make reels or videos for the same.
