One of my most successful social media campaigns was during my bikini prep leading up to my first bodybuilding competition. I documented my training, meal prep, mindset shifts, and behind-the-scenes struggles in an authentic and consistent way.

As someone with a background in athletics, including being on the club lacrosse team in college and currently training for my second bikini bodybuilding competition, I’ve developed a strong understanding of discipline, motivation, and community. I plan to use that experience to create relatable and inspiring content that speaks to active, goal-driven individuals.
