Gen Z individuals want to work in companies with humanity rather than one that makes them feel like a part of a capitalist machine. Gen Z is extremely motivated and will work hard for causes they believe in, therefore a strong company culture that prioritizes their individual employees is important. They view their career in terms of what will make them happiest and provide them with a stable life, rather than what is simply socially accepted as the most prestigious or financially rewarding job title.
