How would you build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities?

I’d build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities by designing for different attention styles instead of assuming one way of engaging with content. As someone with ADHD working in a podcast studio, I’ve seen how people don’t process information linearly. they connect through sound, pacing, repetition, and moments that re-capture attention. That’s why I’d focus on clear, simple messaging that gets to the point quickly, content structured with strong hooks and natural resets so it’s easy to follow without losing interest, and sensory aware choices in visuals, sound, and pacing so nothing feels overwhelming.
