One time, I tested a skincare product for a small brand and noticed that the pump dispenser would sometimes leak after a few uses. In my feedback, I explained how it affected the overall experience and suggested a more secure cap design. A few weeks later, the company emailed testers saying they had updated the packaging based on customer feedback to make it more reliable for travel and everyday use.

What motivates you to participate in user interviews?
I’m motivated by the opportunity to share my honest experiences and help improve products before they reach a wider audience. I enjoy giving detailed feedback, discussing what works well and what could be improved, and knowing that my input can make a product more useful and user-friendly.
