How do you stay creative when producing content regularly?
I keep a running ideas list in my notes where I drop thoughts in real time—things that happen on campus, comments I get, trends I can adapt, or moments that feel relatable. That way I’m never starting from zero when it’s time to film.

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
I’d engage an audience to try Barebells by blending in person experiences with relatable social content, so students don’t just see the product, they actually interact with it.I’d start by meeting students where they already are on campus. Sampling at high traffic moments like outside the gym, library entrances during midterms, club meetings, and campus events makes trying Barebells effortless. I’d open conversations with simple, casual prompts like “Have you tried this before?” or “This one tastes like a candy bar but has high protein,” to lower the barrier to trial.
