What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?

One content area of opportunity I would focus on is enhancing the impact of events. Given Female Founder World's mission to connect and empower young women and girls in entrepreneurship, organizing impactful events can be a powerful tool. I would work closely with the founder and content coordinator to strategize and execute engaging events that provide valuable networking opportunities and knowledge sharing platforms. Leveraging my event planning and management skills, I would aim to create memorable experiences that foster meaningful connections among attendees. By curating diverse panels, workshops, and interactive sessions, we can bring together powerful and brilliant female entrepreneurs who can inspire and empower others. Furthermore, I would explore innovative event formats, such as virtual conferences or hybrid events, to ensure accessibility and reach a wider audience. Through meticulous planning, thoughtful execution, and continuous feedback analysis, we can establish Female Founder World as a go-to platform for impactful and empowering entrepreneurial events.

With my educational background in marketing and psychology from Rutgers University, combined with my practical experience, I am well-equipped for the role at Female Founder World. Throughout my various positions, I have developed strong skills in content creation, event coordination, and community engagement. As a boba barista at Englewood Gong Cha, I achieved 100% adherence to specific recipes while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, my experience as a lifeguard and recreational supervisor demonstrated my ability to ensure safety, coordinate activities, and oversee teams. In my leadership roles at Rutgers Taiwanese American Student Association (TASA) and Ascend Rutgers - New Brunswick, I successfully executed large-scale events and increased membership through strategic planning and outreach. Furthermore, my involvement in the Freestyle project showcased my ability to direct teams and manage finances effectively. With a solid foundation in marketing, strong creative and analytical skills, and proficiency in various social media platforms, I am eager to contribute to Female Founder World's content strategy and event activations while promoting the empowerment of young women and girls in entrepreneurship.
