Snack Oil and Sriracha! I grew up eating most of my meals (most notably Dim Sum and various soups) with Chili Oil and Sriracha.

How do you ensure your feedback is detailed and constructive?
I ensure my feedback is detailed and constructive by explaining not only what I like or dislike, but also why. For the Taste Tests I have done for the Lammert Sensory Research Team, I explain my thought process for the aromatics before tasting the food/beverage, the taste, and the after taste. More specifically, when evaluating flavors, I describe which notes stand out, how balanced they feel, and whether they match the overall product concept. I also try to offer specific suggestions for improvement rather than giving only general reactions.

Have you participated in product testing before?
Yes, for the past 3 years, I have actively participated in formal sensory evaluations for The Lammert Sensory Research Lab. I have been compensated for taste testing for various food and beverages that are in the Product Development Stages.
