What do you look for in a nutritious protein shake?
Most importantly flavor! Even if a health-focused food item has great nutrition for people more conscious of what they eat, at the end of the day it has to taste good. In flavor I hope for a strong chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or whatever it may be, that keeps me wanting more. In a protein shake for nutrition, I look for the food product to satisfy my hunger, and fulfill my health and wellness goals I am trying to meet.
