I am very interested in working with Pacifica Beauty because it combines two of my biggest passions: beauty and marketing. Marketing in beauty has always seemed to be limitless, there will always be a fascinating product coming out, extravagant marketing tactics, etc. I have always loved makeup and the creativity, and I am deeply motivated to build a career in marketing where I can connect products with the right audiences in meaningful ways. Pacifica Beauty is also a brand I have personally used since the beginning of my makeup journey, which makes this opportunity especially exciting. Having firsthand experience with the brand allows me to genuinely understand its products, values, and target audience. I truly admire Pacifica’s commitment to being vegan and cruelty-free while creating high-quality, yet affordable and accessible, innovative beauty products.The opportunity to support GIG management and collaborate with creators while contributing to marketing campaigns feels like the perfect intersection of my interests and skills. I would make sure that all creators clearly understand their deliverables, deadlines, and content requirements from the start. Setting expectations early minimizes confusion and reduces last-minute delays. I would confirm timelines in writing and provide a simple breakdown of milestones if the project spans multiple stages. I regularly utilize Google Calendar and Google Sheets for my own personal and professional life and would be able to implement a structured tracking system to monitor deadlines and progress. Most importantly, I will stay closely aligned with the marketing team to ensure priorities are clear and that any concerns are addressed quickly. By combining organization, accountability, and supportive communication, I would help ensure deliverables are submitted on time while maintaining positive relationships with participants.
