Pound Cake
Influencer Outreach Coordinator

please share any prior experience relevant to this role
In my Sales internship on Adobe’s Digital Experience Enterprise team, I developed strong pipeline-building skills by researching and qualifying high-potential accounts based on digital activity, content engagement, and audience fit. I routinely tracked prospect interactions across LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Outreach, analyzing sentiment and performance signals to prioritize outreach and refine strategy. At LMU, I’ve managed creator-style partnerships and student-facing content, where I helped identify campus influencers, track engagement metrics on Instagram and TikTok, and analyze which personalities and content types drove the strongest reach and sentiment. Beyond that, through Color Cruiser and my work with brands like LinkedIn and Google, I’ve coordinated with creators and client teams, assessed content quality, monitored post-performance, and summarized insights to guide future collaborations. Across these experiences, I’ve consistently used both data and qualitative analysis to identify aligned creators and evaluate their impact.

who are 3 example influencers you would suggest for pound cake's seeding program & why?
Micky Cashflow, Brett’s Bites, and Isa Sung are strong choices for Pound Cake’s seeding program because they each hit different parts of the Gen Z beauty audience while still aligning with the brand’s vibe. Micky Cashflow brings chaotic-fun, relatable energy that makes product features feel spontaneous and authentic. Brett’s Bites has high engagement and a playful personality that makes unboxings and lip try-ons go viral. Isa Sung offers the cool-girl, minimal-editorial aesthetic that elevates Pound Cake’s brand identity and appeals to trend-driven beauty consumers.
