Can you provide an example of a design problem you encountered and how you solved it?

When making content for a fashion brand, I styled the brand’s pieces in a casual way, however the before posting it the brand stated they wanted a going out look and less of a casual look. So I communicated them on what that looked like and changed.

How do you approach user feedback in the design process?

Feedback is crucial for developing a design. User feedback allows me to make changes in order to make the design more personal to the consumer. At the end of the day the design is for the consumers, not for me, so hearing feedback is crucial.

How would you launch a new app on a college campus?

If I were to launch a new app on campus, depending on the app, I would look to host events on campus that are student oriented, such as a market with many different venues, and make it so that downloading the app is required or gives you a discount on buying products at the venue. I’d look for locations that students love the most and collaborate with them. For example, if I were launching the BeReal app, I’d find specific bars or clubs that students go to and create a challenge where if you take a BeReal at any bar you get one free drink. Creating challenges gets more people involved, especially in a very social environment like college.
