How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
Convenience is vital for Gen Z. They want to work but they also want to maintain a lifestyle that allows them to be happy and live conveniently. This means flexible working hours are mostly preferred for them when choosing a career. They want to be able to maintain their social lives and hobbies rather than dedicating everything to just work. This is because being happy outside of work will allow them to be happy while at work, and lead to a fulfilling career.

Candier candles are creatively made and marketed, managing to align with current trends and buyers' tastes. Rather than change anything, I want to build on and improve the already great formula the brand uses.

¿What is one important thing you look or search before buying a product?
The reviews. Reviews tend to provide further information that even the product description won't have. It gives me a better idea of what the product is, how it functions, and if it's the right fit for me. Lower reviews save me from making a purchase I will likely be unhappy with and high reviews encourage me to proceed to checkout.
