How do you stay organized?
I love the utilization of journals and to do lists to ensure that my daily and weekly tasks are completed efficiently. Prompted journals and physical desk calendars that I can write goals, project timelines, and important meeting times allow me to stay organized. As a recent college graduate in 2024 and with experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, I know that staying organized is not only needed but required to optimize success and consistency in following tight deadlines and reliability amongst team members.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
While interning at OBI Creative Agency, I learned the value of adaptive planning and collaboration to release key deliverables on time. Specifically, utilizing channels, whether on Microsoft Teams or Slack, allows team members to organize deadlines and ensure that clients receive assets and communication consistently and proactively. I believe that communication, whether online or in meetings, that is both intentional and effective towards key objects / goals that week is what allows brands and employees to stay on top of deliverables and deadlines.

Why do you love home from college?
I love Home From College because it is made for anyone and everyone wanting to gain experience, get paid, and grow professionally. By being able to create UGC, work remote, provide product reviews, or higher level digital marketing - I think the ability to find what you need and discover new passions for creation in working for H\FC is so exciting. I recently created UGC for Ryl Tea through H\FC and loved being able to grow in content creation abilities, which is something that I have wanted to learn more about post grad.
