I am an active member in my sorority, Sigma Delta Tau. My Panhellenic connections would enable me to reach a broader audience and promote mental clarity, an issue that I see amongst my sisters specifically that I would like to assist in bettering.

Yes. Last semester, I was completely overwhelmed with my coursework and financial stress, and I struggled to tell my parents. I was afraid of disappointing them, so I just went quiet. Eventually, I realized that silence isn't communication. I had to sit them down and explain my boundaries and my stress levels. It was a tough conversation, but it taught me that being honest about my capacity is the only way to keep my relationships healthy.

As a student at FSU, I see firsthand how much my peers struggle with balance and mental clarity. I’m interested in working with Inner Journey because I’m a big believer in accessible wellness tools. I want to help bridge the gap between stressful college life and the mindfulness practices Inner Journey promotes, making it feel 'doable' for someone with a busy schedule like mine.
