What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness is taking care of myself in every sense; emotionally, physically, and mentally. It means treating myself with kindness and compassion and doing things that will benefit me in the long run. I integrate wellness in my life by doing my best to eat clean, workout 4x a week, maintain hobbies, practice skincare, meditate, journal, and more.
