What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?
It is extremely import to find inner peace and self-content in order to not be held back by the judgement of others. Meditation, yoga, art, and self reflection have all been useful tools in this.

I stick with vegetarian options especially ones that include lots of veggies and potatoes. For drinks during the holidays I usually go for coffee or tea.
