What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity to me, means being oneself without a fear of judgement from others. Additionally, it means not changing oneself to fit it or be accepted and being comfortable staying true to themselves.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
Social proof is a way to persuade a customer. Today, with so many different products on the market being advertised it can be difficult to get noticed. However, as a consumer I find it refreshing when someone gives honest review about the product they are advertising and they prove that they used it. This is how I would create FOMO and social proof.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
If a customer left a negative review I would ask why they did and what they didn’t enjoy about the product. I would apologize for their negative experience and figure out if there is a way I could turn it into a positive one.
