A content idea I would propose would be centered around a huge event happening in the area where driving may not be the first option. Noah Kahan is coming to PGH for his tour so something like "Did you know Noah Kahan is coming to Pittsburgh? With how excited I've been I didn't even think about how I'm getting there." Then I would promote using Uber.
