What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Netflix because its so easy to use and its recommendation system is spot on. I sign in then I click on the video I want and using my browsing data it tells me how likely i will like the show. This helps me decide on a show quickly and efficiently.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means waking up everyday feeling excited for whats to come. I feel like it's as simple as that because that motivation for the day is the wellness that motivates one to continue on.
