Can you share your experience in engaging with consumers in a retail environment?
Working at the Puritan Backroom has given me hands-on experience engaging with consumers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Whether I’m taking orders, helping with special requests, or answering questions about the menu, I’ve learned how important it is to listen to customers, understand their needs, and make sure they leave satisfied. Every interaction is a chance to build a relationship and represent the brand in a positive way. On top of that, through my marketing classes, I’ve gained insight into consumer behavior, branding, and the importance of creating a consistent customer experience. This combination of classroom knowledge and real-world application has taught me how to not only engage with customers effectively but also think about how that engagement supports larger brand goals like loyalty and reputation
