How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
Setting clear and attainable goals for the community would be my first priority. The saying "Rome wasn't built in a day" can be applied here and my approach would be to organically cultivate community engagement through meaningful conversation starters and preaching positive, productive interactions.
