I had a problem customer come into my store at night, it was just myself and a minor working. The customer became belligerent over a coupon issue I proceeded to explain the issue (the coupon was expired) they proceeded to come back the next day when I worked again I remade their sandwich which still wasn't up to their standards I apologized again and remade it a third time to make sure no yelling / further issues came about.

It excites me about this new health and wellness brand that is emerging from the ground up! I am a huge lover of smoothies and trying to be on a weightloss journey myself I am curious

By keeping an up-to-date log of the waste/prep we had in the store I was able to do my preparation job efficiently by adjusting to what to store needed versus what was recommended. Saving the owners more money on truck orders by reducing the waste / watching for theft or under-charged sales.
