Most Gen Z individuals are interested in content creating and the social media side of careers. By doing content creating, Gen Z people are able to find careers that allow them to work remotely and still live their lives normally. This does not always work for the average Gen Z individual. Typically, you can find many Gen Z individuals looking for careers with higher salaries.
