Can you provide an example of a design problem you encountered and how you solved it?
In my recent project redesigning goodreads, I faced a block due to subconsciously using my personal pain points, but after thorough user research I was able to identify hidden issues and new design requirements, which I applied to my iteration.

How do you approach user feedback in the design process?
I gather feedback from both target and unconventional users, and analyse them to see themes, constructive criticism and opportunities for improvement, then I turn them into action points, design requirements or recommendations.
