The most important way to gain retention is to follow trends and push out content. So, I'd keep up to date on trends, popular hashtags, and try to schedule content to post at least once a day during a popular time to ensure maximum viewership.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign or brand social page you've managed in the past?
Althought the business is closed now due to personal reasons for the owner, I used to manage an instagram and facebook account for a boutique called "Forever Eighteen Boutique." I stopped working there in March of 2023 due to school athletics.
