I have previous experience in catering and food service, which has made me comfortable engaging with customers and providing a positive guest experience. I have also worked as an usher for football and basketball games on campus, where I assisted with crowd management and ensuring events ran smoothly. These roles have taught me how to stay composed in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and contribute to creating a welcoming event atmosphere.
