Creating FOMO and social proof by framing the exclusivity and benefits of the product as a limited product or by the message being shared. Social Proof is most effectively created by sharing testimonials/reviews from consumers.

If a customer left a negative review I would respond with positivity! Acknowledge their response, and counter with my positive experience. Possibly give more or clarify information about the product as well.
