What experience do you have managing business growth for creative projects?
Most of my experience sits at the intersection of creativity and commercial thinking, making sure the work is great but also that it's sustainable and growing. I've been involved in taking creative projects from early stage to scale, that means identifying the right audience, figuring out what's resonating and doubling down on it, and building the structures around the creative work that let it grow without losing what makes it good. A big part of that is knowing when to protect the creative vision and when to flex it for commercial reasons, that tension is where a lot of growth decisions live. I've also worked on the revenue side, whether that's partnerships, new formats, or finding adjacent audiences, because creative projects often need multiple income streams to be resilient. Honestly the skill I lean on most is pattern recognition, spotting early what's working before the data fully confirms it, and moving quickly on that.

How would you build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities?
Honestly, the starting point is just, don't guess. Bring neurodiverse people into the room early, whether that's in research, design, or even on the team itself. Because you can read all the articles you want, but it's not the same as lived experience. Then it's about the details, clear, literal language, consistent layouts, not overwhelming people visually or with sound. A lot of brands overlook how much small design choices matter to this audience. And the tone has to feel genuine. These communities have been on the receiving end of a lot of well-meaning but patronising marketing, the inspiration angle, the charity framing. So if the brand comes in with straightforward, respectful messaging and actually follows through, that stands out a lot. There's also a business case to make here, designing well for neurodiverse users tends to improve the experience for everyone. So it's not a niche exercise, it's just good brand thinking.
