You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
In the event that I bought or receive a product that I end up not liking, I contact customer service. I explain the motives that made me dislike it in a polite and concise way and try to find possible solutions that me and the brand could agree (a refund, discount, change the product,...). At the end, I'd send my feedback and review considering the whole situation.
